BASE OIL
BLUE OIL refinery’s primary products are high-quality base oils, produced through an advanced re-refining process designed to meet diverse industrial requirements. Our operations focus on sustainability by utilizing waste oil collected from the local market across the State of Kuwait as the primary feedstock.
The production process begins with vacuum distillation, which effectively separates impurities and unwanted components from the feedstock. This is followed by multiple stages of filtration and treatment to enhance purity, stability, and performance of the base oils.
BLUE OIL is capable of producing re-refined base oils ranging from SN 70 to SN 500, tailored to customer requirements. Each grade is manufactured according to customer-provided specifications, ensuring consistency, reliability, and suitability for various applications.
Our base oils are widely used in the automotive and industrial lubricating oil manufacturing industry, serving as a critical raw material for producing high-performance lubricants. These oils contribute to improved equipment efficiency, reduced wear, and extended service life.
In addition, BLUE OIL base oils support the grease manufacturing industry, where consistent viscosity and stability are essential. Their adaptability makes them suitable for a wide range of formulations and performance demands.
